The College Prep Parents' Association is thrilled to invite you to this year's Spring Benefit - Tropical Sunsets! Our goal is to raise funds for our faculty and financial aid, and have a lot of fun doing it.
We are excited to announce that our annual dinner and spring benefit will be held on campus again this year! We welcome all College Prep parents, alumni, and faculty to come together in celebration of our wonderful school community. This is a night to spend time with friends and make new ones—it will surely be an evening to remember. Please mark your calendars now for this special night!
There are many ways to get involved with this event!
Volunteer to help! There are jobs, big and small, to do in the months and weeks leading up to the event as well as on the night-of. For more information contact the parent spring benefit co-chairs Nancy Wang, Hua Bai, and Oddessa Donnell.
Ask your favorite restaurants and merchants for a donation to the event!
Attend the pre-benefit wine donation party February 12, 2023 from 11:00 - 1:00 pm - Donate a bottle or two to be auctioned off at the Tropical Sunsets Dinner and Spring Benefit.
Bid during the Online Auction - prior to the main event some fabulous items will be available online only! Bidding is open from March 1, 2023 - March 8, 2023.

HONOR OUR FACULTY
We can make a meaningful difference for College Prep teachers by designating a portion of benefit proceeds to The Robert Baldwin Fund for Faculty. This fund is part of our school's endowment and the annual draw is restricted to faculty salaries and professional development. The opportunity to make a gift of whatever level works for your family will be available during the benefit. Get ready to raise your paddle for our outstanding faculty!
SUPPORT FINANCIAL AID
Equity of access to a College Prep education is essential to our excellence. The School's goal is to admit students based on their talents, curiosities, character, and aspirations, and then to ensure that they are fully supported. With its current resources, College Prep is able to assist nearly a quarter of its students with financial aid, which is given in the form of grants that do not need to be repaid. Net proceeds from the following are designated to financial aid:
